About the Role

n

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead our Sydney & Southern operations, driving safety, operational performance, profitability, customer service and business growth across multiple sites.

n

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing operational teams.

Drive efficiency, productivity and financial performance.
n
Manage budgets, resources and operational outcomes.
n
Deliver business improvement and growth initiatives.
n
Foster a robust safety and compliance culture.
n
Build relationships with customers, councils and key stakeholders.

Lead strategic projects and operational improvements.

About You

n
Proven senior leadership experience in a blue-collar operational environment.
n
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
n
Experience driving business performance and change.
n
Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
n
Contract management experience and understanding of WHS compliance.
n
Waste industry experience highly regarded.
n
