Manage, maintain, and support the
n

operational requirements of storage infrastructure and data protection systems, ensuring reliability and compliance.

n

n
Implement and administer recent storage infrastructure installations, including firmware
n

n

and software upgrades for the supported systems.

n

n
Perform data recovery activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide
n

n

effective solutions to problems of varying scope and complexity.

n

n




Carry out backup tapes management (keeping records of all archived backups
n

n

for tracking and recovery).

n

n
Monitor and report on capacity usage, analyse relevant documentation, and
n

n

contribute to IT support process and policy development.

n

n
Ensure adherence to security requirements, processes, and procedures, delivering
n

n

high-quality IT support services that meet regulatory and technical standards.
