We are seeking an experienced and skilled Excavator / Skid Steer Operator to join our team at the Scott Brady Group. As a Excavator Operator / Skid Steer you will play a vital role in our construction operations through out Brisbane. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Safely operating Machines on various construction sites to load, move and place materials
n
Performing routine maintenance and inspections on the machines to ensure optimal performance
n
Reading and interpreting site plans, to complete tasks efficiently
n
Communicating effectively with the construction crew and supervisors to coordinate operations
n
Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations on the job site
n
Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Excavator / Skid Steer Operator in the construction industry
n
Relevant qualifications or certifications, such as a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
n
Demonstrated ability to operate excavators safely and efficiently
n
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
n
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work
n
A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination
n
