Avan Ballarat is preparing to open its new dealership in Warrenheip, bringing one of Australia's most recognised caravan and motorhome brands to the Ballarat region.
Due to the opening of our new dealership, we are seekingtwo motivated and reliable Technicians / Tradespeopleto join our workshop team.
Working on a wide variety of caravans, campervans and motorhomes, you will be involved in servicing, repairs, fault diagnosis, warranty work, accessory installations and pre-delivery preparation.
As a foundation team member, you will have the chance to help establish our workshop, systems and processes from day one while working alongside an experienced management team.

Located in Warrenheip, we will provide sales, service, warranty and parts support to customers throughout Ballarat, Western Victoria and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to caravans and motorhomes
Diagnose and rectify faults
Complete warranty repairs
Install accessories and upgrades
Perform pre-delivery inspections
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard




Contribute positively to a team-focused workshop environment
Skills & Experience
Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated mechanical aptitude would be highly regarded
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Previous caravan industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
Applicants with experience in the automotive, truck, agricultural, earthmoving, marine, electrical, plumbing, cabinetmaking or related industries are encouraged to apply.

Training will be provided to the right applicants.
