Job Description

Hume City Council is seeking a Connected Hume Partnerships Officer to drive planning, delivery, and reporting for Connected Hume: Building Thriving Neighbourhoods. You will lead the Partners in Place Plan and coordinate project activities with VicHealth milestones and council priorities.

You will build robust community partnerships, engage with First Peoples and CARM communities, and ensure governance and MEL plan requirements are met while supporting the SPHC Unit's strategic improvements.
