We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks EASTLAND.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences
n
Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations
n
Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling
n
Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
n

What we're looking for:

n
A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills
n




Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
n
Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
n
Flexible availability, including weekends and late trade
n
Main days of work but not limited to are, Tuesday, Thursday nights, Saturdays
n
