Ballarat Office | Office-Based | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

AAT Group is a well established and growing insurance building and repairs companyseeking an experienced and organised Bookings Coordinator / Schedulerto join our professional office team in Ballarat.

n

This is a full time, office-based administration and scheduling roleworking closely with Estimators, insured clients and specialist trades. If you have strong appointment scheduling, diary management and customer service experience, this is an excellent long-term opportunity.

Appointment scheduling and diary managementfor Estimators
n
Coordinating bookings with insured clients
n
Organising and scheduling specialist trades for inspections and reporting
n
Managing changes, rescheduling and urgent appointments
n
Providing high-level customer service via phone and email
n
Maintaining accurate booking systems and administrative records
n
Supporting the broader operations and administration team
n





This is a fast-paced office administration and coordination rolerequiring strong organisation and attention to detail.

n
Previous experience as a Bookings Coordinator, Scheduler, Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Experience with diary management and appointment scheduling
n
Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment
n
Solid organisational and time management skills
n
Experience within insurance building, construction, repairs or trades (highly regarded but not essential)
n
