Job Description

KPAT Hotels is seeking an organised HR Manager to support a busy hospitality group across multiple sites in Queensland. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead HR processes, drive improvements, and support future growth while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This hands-on leadership role requires solid people skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation and policy implementation.
