As Project Administrator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the project team on site. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery through accurate documentation control, reporting, and day-to-day project support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

General project coordination & administration support

Maintaining project records and documents
n
Accounts support, data entry and filing
n
Assisting with reporting, scheduling and spreadsheets
n
Supporting site staff with admin tasks as required

Reception duties, answering queries and directing information to the right people
