We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team and work from all our Key Health clinics.

In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care within a supportive general practice workplace, working closely with doctors and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Providing clinical care in line with skilled and safety standards
n
Conducting immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and triage
n
Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives
n
Assisting doctors with procedures and clinical tasks
n
Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
n
Ensuring infection control procedures and policies are followed
n
Managing clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms
n
Supporting quality improvement activities and practice accreditation
n
Educating patients on health management, treatments, and preventative care
n
Supporting and guiding other staff as required
n
n
About You
n
You are a proactive and organised nurse who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high safety standards.
n
Essential:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)
n
Current CPR certification
n
Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Experience in general practice or primary healthcare
n
Experience in chronic disease management and health assessments
n
Familiarity with Best Practice software
n
n
