Job Description
The Team Leader, Schedulingis responsible forleading and coordinating the efficientscheduling,allocationandoptimisationofourEducationdeliveryworkforce.
Working closely with the Manager, Program Delivery, you will ensure programs are appropriatelyresourced,maintaincompliancerequirements, and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Providing leadership, coaching and support to the Scheduling team while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Producing workforce and schedulingreportsandidentifyingopportunitiesto improve service delivery andresourceutilisation
Managing scheduling systems and processes to ensure dataintegrity,complianceandoperational efficiency
Monitoring workforcecapacity,efficiency,utilisationandsupportingeffectiveplanning and decision-making
Leading end-to-end scheduling operations across all Education programs
About you:
Proven experience leading scheduling and workforce planning functions in a complex setting
Excellent stakeholderengagement,communicationandrelationship-building capabilities
Experience using workforcemanagement,schedulingandcommunication systems, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical,problem-solvingandorganisationalskillswith exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated experience managing teams and building high-performing workplace cultures
Experience within the VET sector,



RTOenvironmentor education industry
Auslan skills and understanding of Deafcommunity,cultureandlanguage
