The Role

n
Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
n
Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment including base building plant
n
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
n
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
n
Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
n

What we're looking for

n




Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a HVAC Service Technician in premium grade buildings
n
Cert III Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
n
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components and troubleshooting techniques
n
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
n
