About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Assisting customers with bicycle and accessory sales.
n
Building current bicycles for display and customer collection.
n
Performing bicycle servicing, repairs, and safety inspections.
n
Diagnosing mechanical issues and recommending suitable repairs.
n
Maintaining a clean, organised workshop and retail showroom.
n
Managing workshop bookings and communicating with customers about repairs.
n
Receiving and merchandising stock.
n
Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:

Has experience as a bicycle mechanic or strong mechanical aptitude.
n
Enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service.
n
Has a genuine passion for cycling and the bicycle industry.
n
Can work independently while also contributing to a team.
n
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship.
n
Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
n
Retail or bicycle industry experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right applicant.
