Job Description

MedicalJobsAustralia is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Grade 2) for the Aged Care Outreach Service. The role focuses on delivering timely, high-quality care to RACF residents in their homes, reducing ED visits and promoting hospital avoidance.
