Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for a stable role with a strong pipeline of work and a supportive team setting?

We are currently seeking experienced Welders / Fabricators to join a well-established and growing business based in Melbourne's South East, specialising in high-quality steel and stainless-steel security fencing solutions for commercial and industrial projects.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and wants long-term stability with overtime opportunities available.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
TIG welding across stainless steel and mild steel products
n
Approximately60% TIG welding / 40% general fabrication and other welding processes
n
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
n
Fabricating and assembling security fencing components and structures
n
Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
n
Maintaining high-quality weld standards and attention to detail
n




Working collaboratively within a fast-paced production environment
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Previous experience in TIG welding and fabrication
n
Solid experience working withsteel and stainless steel
n
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
n
Experience within fencing, architectural metalwork, structural steel, or similar industries highly regarded
n
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
