CNW Electrical is an Australian Family-owned Electrical Wholesaler. We provide Electrical goods to a wide variety of industries nationwide and are regarded as the Leading Independent. This role is available in our branch located in Slacks Creek.

The ideal applicant for this role would be someone with a outstanding work ethic, who can thrive and learn within an experienced team, while also sharing their own education and experience.

Your duties would include but would not be limited to:

n

n
Counter sales, servicing domestic and industrial contractors.
n
Processing & follow up of customers order, quotes and telephone enquiries.
n
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
n
Assisting Manager with sales related inquiries.
n
Working with the sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly branch requirements.
n




Build and strengthen key customer relationships and value add to an existing customer base.
n
Maintaining of CRM
n
Maintenance and merchandise of front showroom.
n

Skills required for this job would include:

n

n
Excellent work ethic and attitude.
n
Experience in customer service and sales.
n
Electrical trade or Electrical wholesale supply chain experience is preferred but not essential.
n
Ability to multi task in a quick-paced setting.
n
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
n
