Job Description

Riverina Family Services is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support NDIS participants through Positive Behaviour Support planning and collaboration with families, carers and teams. The role focuses on reducing restrictive practices and promoting independence.

You will conduct assessments, develop and review PBS plans, and coach families and staff across homes, schools and community settings. NSW driver licence and suitability checks are required.
