Understand that wine is for enjoyment and not about rules!

WSET level 2 (preferred by not required).
n
Previous minimum 2 years experience
n
Impeccable organisational skills
n
The ability to motivate and develop wine training for daily briefings
n
The ability to deliver a memorable experience to all guests by delivering high quality service.Your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to maintain the highest level of guest experience in a multifaceted hospitality business.
