Randstad is partnering with a premier contract manufacturer in Sunshine West, VIC, seeking an experienced R&D; Manager - Therapeutic Goods to lead the formulation and development team through regulatory submission and scale-up for topical products.
The role requires ownership of the lifecycle from concept to ARTG listing, driving cross-functional projects, and ensuring quality and compliance.
Candidates should have 3+ years insunscreen/therapeuticdevelopment and robust leadership capabilities.
