We're looking for an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our bids and submissions team.
This fast-paced and diverse role will see you working with the Submissions team to coordinate tenders for the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of our Pre-Contracts team as we are actively pursuing a range of opportunities throughout the country.
The role can be based in any ARCH studio: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Newcastle.
Key responsibilities
Using pre-established templates to set up tender response documentation
Collating information, obtaining graphics and assisting the team with reviewing and updating content
Updating and coordinating Resource Library content
Formatting of documents to a high standard in a variety of word processing and graphic design software packages
Maintaining structures and organised folder systems
About you
Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, InDesign, MS Word and related software
A positive ability to work to deadlines
Strong attention to detail, presentation of information and personal high-quality standards of work
A confident communicator who can articulate themselves clearly, coupled with the ability to proofread and correct grammatical mistakes
Prior experience in a pre-contracts/submissions role within a similar environment would be highly beneficial
