Job Description
Explore & Develop is seeking a Nominated Supervisor to lead a large, high-occupancy early childhood service in Gosford, NSW.
You will ensure NQF compliance, oversee daily operations and mentor a multidisciplinary team to sustain an Exceeding rating.
The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher, and a current Working With Children Check.
You will build relationships with families and stakeholders while shaping a positive, values-driven workplace culture.
