King's Christian College is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Advisor to support the Director of Human Resources and a wider team with recruitment, employee performance, workplace training and employee relations across multiple campuses. This full time role involves travel to Pimpama, Reedy Creek and Logan Village.

You will onboard staff, prepare reports, assist with performance management and address workplace relations issues while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
