Salesforce Enhancement Project

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a program of Salesforce enhancements and expand the platform into current areas of the organisation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the delivery of Salesforce enhancements and associated application projects.
n
Partner with business stakeholders to identify priorities and improvement opportunities.
n
Coordinate delivery across business, technology, training, change and vendor teams.
n
Manage the rollout of Salesforce into areas that are not currently using the platform.
n
Improve training materials and delivery approaches to increase user capability and adoption.
n
Manage project plans, scope, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
n
n




Key Skills and Experience
n
n
8+ years' Project Management experience in complex enterprise environments
n
Strong background delivering business-facing application projects.
n
Ability to connect and coordinate work across multiple teams and workstreams.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
n
Experience supporting platform adoption through training and business engagement.
n
Experience managing Salesforce enhancements would be beneficial
n
