HVACR Service Technician

About the Role

n

An exciting prospect is available for an experienced HVACR Service Technician to join a well-established air conditioning business servicing South Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

n

The position will primarily involve residential service, maintenance and repair work, alongside some commercial properties. This is an ideal chance for a technician who enjoys working directly with customers, diagnosing faults and providing high-quality air conditioning solutions.

n

Alongside a competitive hourly rate, you will receive uncapped commissions, overtime, regular incentives and a comprehensive package designed to maximise your earning potential.

n

Some technicians have earned between $150,000 and $160,000 per year once commissions and overtime are included.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Service, maintain and repair residential air conditioning systems
n
Attend selected commercial properties for service and repair work
n
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
n
Provide excellent customer service during every appointment
n
Identify additional repair,



replacement and installation opportunities
n
Complete job documentation accurately
n
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety
n
Represent the business professionally at customer properties
n

About You

n

n
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
n
Current Restricted Electrical Licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Residential HVAC experience is preferred
n
Commercial HVAC technicians interested in moving into a mainly residential role are also encouraged to apply
