Your Property Expert Estate Agents is a rapid-growing agency specialising in residential sales and property management throughout Marsden Park and Sydney's North West.

We're looking for a motivated, energetic and customer-focused Junior Property Officer who is eager to build a long-term career in real estate. Whether you're starting out or have some industry experience, we'll provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.

About the Role

n

Working closely with our Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
n
Conducting routine inspections
n
Coordinating maintenance requests with landlords, tenants and trades
n
Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries
n
Preparing leases and tenancy documentation
n
Processing rental applications and reference checks
n
Assisting with open homes and property viewings
n




General administration and office support
n

n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
High attention to detail
n
Qualified presentation
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
