About the Role

n

We are seeking a passionate and driven Early Childhood Teacher to join our experienced and supportive team in a full-time capacity. This is an excellent prospect to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will:

n

Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs that support children's holistic development
n
Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to foster an inclusive and stimulating environment
n
Monitor and assess children's progress to tailor individual learning experiences
n
Build strong, team-oriented relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
n

What We're Looking For

n





n
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or equivalent)
n
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within long day care
n
Proven ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and regulations
n
Able to confidently prioritise children's safety and child safe values
n
Current NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (ACECQA-approved), Child Protection Training, Food Handling Certificate, and completed Geccko Training
n
