Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the Melbourne team.
n This role is open to both registered and non-registered surveyors, provided you have commercial project experience.
n You will work across a range of Class 2 to Class 9 projects, including commercial, retail, industrial, and government developments.

The role will involve:

Conducting inspections, assessments, and certifications
n
Reviewing plans and documentation for compliance
n
Working across both office-based and on-site projects
n
Managing your own workload with support from an experienced team
n
Providing practical, compliant solutions across complex developments

ABOUT YOU
n
n
Experience working on commercial projects (essential)
n
Registered Building Surveyor (VIC) OR working towards registration
n
Strong understanding of the NCC and relevant legislation
n
Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
n
Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction
n
