About the Role:
The role offers flexibility with the roster and is open to negotiation for the right candidate. Otherwise, the successful applicant will work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including open, close, and middle shifts.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
Ideally, you will have:
At least
1 year of experience
in a similar role
Experience as an Educational Leader
or the capability to step into the role
A strong understanding of the
EYLF, NQS, and current industry practices
The ability to
build strong relationships
with children, families, and colleagues
Strong experience and knowledge in supporting additional needs and managing challenging behaviours
The ability to
embed safe practices
, demonstrate strong
leadership and mentoring skills
, and show
a track record of improvement.

Take on or support the
Educational Leader role within the service
Mentor and support fellow educators
Provide




educational guidance and curriculum leadership
Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice
Build team capability across all areas of practice
Role model best practice and professionalism
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
NESA Accreditation
(or working towards)
Current
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
