Job Description

We here at Premium Plaster are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate install of plasterboard on job sites in Melbourne's West, North and Eastern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

n

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including managing subcontractors
n
Overseeing sub-contractor job management
n
Oversee the quality of work and ensure that all project specifications and deadlines are met.
n
Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and team members to address issues and update progress.
n
Manage site resources, including materials to ensure optimal use and minimize delays.
n
Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation as per below - Safety audits, pre plaster inspections, mid job inspections,



completion audits and pre paint audits and mark up's.
n
Resolve any in office conflicts or problems efficiently and effectively.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role - (Experience is essential)
n
Solid knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
n
Ability to read and interpret plans
n
Must have construction white/red card and a valid driver's license.
n
Comes with company car, phone and computer/iPad device.
