BAC Australia is seeking a WHSE Advisor to help maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace at our Somersby manufacturing site.
You will proactively identify hazards, promote secure work practices, monitor frontline compliance, and coordinate WHSE reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate with operations, support training and inductions, manage contractor compliance, and drive a positive safety culture across the facility.
