We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our supportive team. This is a varied role where you'll provide exceptional service, process customer orders, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.

Process customer orders accurately and manage them through customer ordering platforms.

Coordinate deliveries with warehouses and freight providers.

Prepare quotations and provide product information.

Keep customers updated on orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes.

Support the Sales and Customer Service teams with administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate customer records and update pricing and account information across business systems.

Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration or Internal Sales.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, proactive and team-focused.
n
Experience with SAP, CRM or ERP systems is desirable but not essential.
