We are currently seeking experienced Riggers and Dogman to join our team working on a major wind farm construction project near Wellington in Central West NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale renewable energy infrastructure while working with experienced installation teams in a structured, safety-driven environment.

About the Role

n

n
Assisting Trades in the Installation and mechanical/electrical completion of wind turbines
n
Offloading equipment and pad preparation
n
Pre-installation and full turbine installation
n
Operation and maintenance during construction phase
n
Troubleshooting and repair
n
Ensuring compliance with industry standards
n
Working both independently and within structured installation teams
n

What We're Looking For

Robust understanding of wind turbine installation processes
n
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work safely at heights and in remote locations
n
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules
n

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

n

n
Current GWO (Global Wind Organisation) Certification or willingness to obtain
n




High Risk Work Licence - Rigging and Dogging
n

n

Highly Desirable:

EWP (WP)
n

n

What We Offer

18–24-month project duration with solid pipeline of continuous project work
n
FIFO from major Cities (Eastern States) and accommodation
n
3w/1w Monday to Saturday roster, 11hrs per day
n
$40-$55 per hour plus penalties for Overtime and weekend work (dependent on tickets and experience)
