A relevant Bachelor's Degree and Chartered status.
n
Robust knowledge of the relevant codes and Australian standards.
n
Adept at leading a team of engineers and drafters.
n
Highly developed communication skills.
n
Skilled with Autocad, Revit - detailing, documenting and structural analysis.
n
Analytical and cooperative.
n
Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
n
Qualified, reliable and confident.
n
n
What you will be doing:
n
n
Lead the structural design and documentation of commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
n
Manage structural engineering projects from initial concept through to construction and completion.
n
Prepare and review structural calculations, engineering reports, specifications, drawings, and construction documentation.
n
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to the structural engineering team.
n
Attend client meetings, design coordination meetings and construction meetings.
n
Identify design risks and provide practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.
n
Other tasks as defined by business needs.
n
