Job Description

Metcash in Townsville is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day warehouse and branch operations, ensuring protected, productive and customer-focused service delivery. You will drive DIFOT performance, manage budgets and develop the team to deliver outcomes that strengthen local communities.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role requires robust leadership, collaboration with transport partners and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and compliance with WHS/HACCP standards.
