The Onset in Sydney is hiring senior PHP engineers to own a platform that powers thousands of properties. You won't rewrite a flashy app; you'll understand, improve, and evolve a 750,000+ line monolith that runs core operations at scale.

The focus is on backend performance, structure, and long-term maintainability. Expect PHP 8.3, MySQL 8, and some Knockout.js frontend; the team is exploring practical AI applications and bringing in three senior engineers on 12-month contracts to start.
