Security Officer | Townsville Shopping Centre

We are currently seeking motivated Retail Security Officers to join our team in a full-time rotating role, with additional opportunities available for part-time and casual employment.

n

Roster:

n

n
Full time roster is four days on then four days off, rotating through an 8 week cycle.
n
Part-Time & Casual roles also available.
n

n

As a Trident Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining a solid security presence on-site. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, quick-thinking, and ready to be part of a professional and supportive team.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Providing high-quality customer service and front-line support
n
Identifying and resolving potential risks and issues proactively
n
Responding to all medical and security incidents
n
Accurately reporting and recording incidents during your shift
n
Using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

n

n




A current QLD Security License with valid Crowd Control function
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
Positive written and verbal communication skills
n
A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
n
High personal integrity and grooming standards
n
