The Role
n
As a Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of body corporate communities while building strong relationships with committee members, owners and contractors.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing a portfolio of residential strata schemes
n
Preparing and attending committee meetings and AGMs
n
Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
n
Managing budgets, insurance claims and compliance
n
Providing exceptional service to committee members and owners
n
Building long-term client relationships
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone with:
n
n
Previous experience in residential property management, strata management or body corporate
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Current QLD Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain if required)
n
Current driver's licence
n
n
