The Baths Middle Brighton is a multi-faceted facility (Café, Event Venue, Fish & Chip Shop & Health Club) located on the waterfront in Brighton with beachfront bay and city views.

About the Role
n
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and committed person to take on the Full-Time role of Café Manager. This position requires an autonomous, resilient, solution-focused person to lead our staff into an efficient & productive workday.
n
Task will include but not limited to;
n
n
Support Venue Manager and Director in daily operations, working closely together
n
Manage our F&B; team efficiently, ensuring you lead by example
n




Manage staff rosters and shift checklists
n
Maintain policy and procedures
n
Ensure staffing procedures are relevant and updated where necessary to improve efficiency and productivity
n
Maintain stakeholder relationships
n

Key Qualifications/ Experience
n
n
Must have a minimum of 4 years of hospitality industry experience
n
Be able to lead a young and enthusiastic team
n
Worked in high-volume and quality venues
n
Be extremely organised
n
Have a positive working attitude and a friendly and relaxed service style
n
Available to work evenings and weekends
n
