Analysts will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and executing investment prospects. Build complex financial and valuation models

Assist in preparation of investment memorandums for the investment committee
n
Perform due diligence and financial analysis across a very broad range of asset classes, business types and investment types (equity / preferred equity and minority / control)

Conduct research on companies, industries, and asset classes
n
Conduct interviews with industry experts and management teams
n
Assist in the execution of transactions
n
Monitoring and driving further value on existing portfolio companies
