Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee our successful Service team and ensure manufacturer standards are achieved.

n

As the Service Manager you will oversee the day-to-day service requirements in a professional and efficient manner at all times with a focus on resources and people. The perfect candidate for this role will have prior experience within a medium to large Automotive Service Operations business.

The successful applicant will possess:

Exceptional leadership qualities

Proven experience in a similar role

Strong customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with customers

Strategic management of service department operations to ensure the department operates in an productive and profitable manner
n
Knowledge/experience with Dealer Management Systems
n
Ability to work effectively within a team setting

Excellent verbal and written communication
n
Valid drivers licence
n
Strong time management skills
n
Ability to manage a large, diverse team
