We are looking for an energetic and motivated Cooks to join our team.

n

Joining The Verandah Beecroft means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Alcott Lane Cove and Seagulls Tweed Heads.

n

Your key priorities will be:

n

n
Food preparation, cooking, presentation of food and stock control
n
Contributing to a solid team focus
n
Assume some responsibility in the kitchen including ordering, compliance and general cleanliness
n
Hygiene and food safety of the highest level in accordance with food safety guidelines and club policies and procedures
n
Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders
n
Actively driving and supporting a range of Work,



Health and Safety Compliance activities
n

n

The Candidate:

n

n
Experience in plating and presenting dishes in a restaurant style setting
n
Understanding of protected food handling and HACCP
n
Knowledge in food quality control
n
Passion for creating dishes, recipes and assist with menu changes.
n
Flexibility and available to work a 7 day, rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
n
Understanding strict health and hygiene standards and Workplace Health & Safety legislation
n
