Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles.
n
Install and repair electronic components, including alternators, starters, and wiring systems.
n
Inspect and test electrical systems using specialized diagnostic equipment.
n
Provide expert advice on system upgrades and replacements.
n
Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
n
Maintain records of completed work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
n

What We Were Looking For

n

n




Trade qualification as an Automotive Electrician (Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent).
n
Workshop Management experience (desired but not necessary).
n
Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems.
n
Strong knowledge of contemporary vehicle electronics, including CAN Bus systems.
n
Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
n
Excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Valid driver's license.
n
Air‐conditioning and refrigeration certification (highly desirable but not essential).
n
