Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Data Cloud Engineerto design, build, and govern a modern enterprise data platform.
This role will focus ondata modelling, ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and analytics, ensuring high-quality, governed data is available for business insights and activation.
You will work across multiple analytics and reporting platforms, supporting stakeholder needs ranging from operational teams to executive and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implementSalesforce Data Cloud data models, including DMOs, relationships, and calculated insights
Configureidentity resolution and segmentationfor analytics and activation use cases
Design and enforcedata access controlsaligned with Salesforce security and entitlement models
Define and maintaindata ownership, lineage, and governance standards




Build reusable,performance-optimised metrics and semantic datasets
Ensure dashboards and analytics align withData Cloud models and governance frameworks
Supportexecutive, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements
Monitor and optimiseData Cloud performance, data volumes, and cost efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce analytics platforms(CRM Analytics, Tableau Next, Data360)
Working knowledge ofSalesforce Clouds(Sales, Service, Financial Services)
Strongdata modelling expertiseand understanding of analytics performance best practices
Good understanding ofSalesforce security and sharing modelswithin analytics contexts
Experience designing analytics solutions aligned withprivacy, consent, and regulatory requirements
Familiarity withCI/CD and release management tools(e.g. Copado or equivalent)
MandatorySalesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
Strongcommunication and stakeholder managementskills
