Highway Tyres is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Hand and Delivery Driver to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced warehouse workplace, takes pride in their work and is comfortable completing regular delivery runs throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.
n
The successful applicant will be well presented, dependable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent service are essential.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Picking and preparing tyres for daily delivery runs
n
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
n
Delivering tyres to customers and tyre outlets throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria
n
Unloading shipping containers alongside other warehouse team members
n
Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
n
Completing delivery paperwork accuratelyProviding friendly and professional service to customers
n
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you must:
n
n
Hold a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
n
Have a safe and responsible driving history
n
Be reliable, punctual and well presented
n
Be physically capable of regularly lifting and handling tyres
n
Be able to read, write and communicate clearly
n
Have valuable attention to detail
n
Work well within a team environment
n
Be willing to assist wherever required
n
Demonstrate a positive and skilled attitude
n
n
An MR or HR licence is not required for this position.
n
A current forklift licence is preferred.
n
Previous warehouse, delivery driving or tyre industry experience would be advantageous; however, training will be provided to the right applicant.
