We are looking for a bright, friendly, and motivated Trainee Service Concierge / Service Advisor to join our Yallah dealership team. This is an exciting chance for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry, servicing a broad range of vehicles including dual cab 4x4s, sports cars, EVs, and hybrids.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers throughout their ownership period and delivering an outstanding experience. You'll work closely with a skilled, energetic, and motivated team, learning all aspects of customer service while contributing to dealership performance.

What You Will Do
n

Support and assist customers throughout their ownership experience over several years
n
Build robust relationships with customers and provide personalised service
n
Learn to manage customer follow-up, problem solving and service documentation
n
Collaborate with the service team to meet and exceed sales targets
n
Develop your automotive product knowledge across multiple brands
n
n
