North Coast Petroleum is a proudly Australian owned and operated family company based in Lismore Northern NSW. We provide a high level of customer service marketing well-known brands such as Liberty & Shell retail site branding along with Shell, Valvoline and Gulf Western oils.

The Role

n

n
Preparing and completing delivery and pickup orders (loading, packing, labelling, wrapping, and shipping items)
n
Receiving, organising, and storing warehouse stock efficiently
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work workplace
n
Safely operating and performing regular checks on warehouse vehicles and equipment
n
Adherence to all WHS policies and processes
n
Delivering a range of products, including packaged and bulk oils, with pumping into bulk storage tanks as required
n
Engaging with clients, addressing service-related queries, and collecting payments when requested
n
Following company policies, quality standards, and legislative requirements at all times
n

About You

n

n
Energetic, organised, and a true warehousing all rounder
n




Physically fit and capable of undertaking the physical requirements of warehouse work such as lifting, bending, climbing and reaching in a protected and timely manner
n
Able to safely operate forklifts, MR trucks, and other delivery vehicles
n
Highly skilled in time management and task prioritisation
n
Willing to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to improving operations
n
An effective communicator both written and oral, polite and respectful to customers and staff alike.

Requirements

Valid Driver's Licence
n
MR Truck Licence
n
Forklift Ticket (or willing to obtain one)
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Positive, qualified approach with customers and colleagues
