My client is a well-known business originally from Queensland they have a growing presence in NSW as a business they currently turnover $1b and deliver projects up to $200M across the commercial, industrial and education sectors predominately.

They work with repeat clients and have made a name for themselves in the space that they operate in. With a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator. This role will play a key role in growing the NSW business working very closely with the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager.

As a business they value employees having detailed development plans in place for staff members along with prospects for progression. They ensure sub-contractors are paid quickly and like to partner with right sub-contractors to ensure successful deliver of projects on time.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for

n

n
Preparing scopes of work for all sub-contracts
n




Selection of all sub-contractors and procurement
n
Administration of the sub and head contracts
n
Preparing monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
n
Manage and prepare all variations
n
Management of progress claims on the project
n

About You

n

You will ideally have worked for a commercial builder as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator. You will have experience working on complex commercial projects and possess robust written and communication skills.
