The Role
n
You'll be the key point of contact for both renters and rental providers, delivering a high level of service while confidently managing your portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

Build robust relationships with renters and rental providers through regular communication
n
Manage rental arrears proactively
n
Conduct routine and final inspections with detailed reporting
n
Coordinate repairs and maintenance efficiently(
n
Prepare and lodge tribunal applications when required
n
Ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day portfolio management
n

Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
n
Robust time management and organisational skills
