Contracts Administrator
The Opportunity
As a Contract Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the delivery of construction projects from commencement through to completion
Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
Assisting with project administration, documentation and reporting
Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
Monitoring project costs, variations and budgets
Assisting with project programming and delivery
Building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious and genuinely interested in building a career in construction.
You may be an experienced Contract Administrator, or a younger construction professional ready to step up and take on more responsibility.
What we are looking for:
Construction industry experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
Ideally, experience working for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 construction company
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to work collaboratively within a team
A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress their career
