About You:
3 years' experience in similar housekeeping coordinator role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact sensitively and positively with indigenous people
Display leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support a team
Ability to be flexible, multi-task and problem solve to ensure high-quality delivery of service
High level of self-motivation and the ability to identify, prioritise and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
Intermediate to high level of computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
Good knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices
Demonstrated understanding of stock control and inventory management.
Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential
Chemical Handling/Storage certificate or willingness to complete
Essential Licences / Clearances prior to commencement
Manual Drivers Licence (Class C NT)
Current NT WWC Ochre Card




National Police check
NLC Work / Resident permits (with assistance)
